Investigating - When audio problems happen during an individual-appointment call, Attend Anywhere works to fix the problem. If the call service can't fix the problem after 2 minutes, the call ends.

Group Consultations - Failed calls
Investigating - The Team have identified an issue that causes some users to be disconnected from a group consultations call. This is affecting a small amount of users.

Poor Call Connection
Update - We have identified a fix and will shortly be released in our 2022r6.1 release. We hope to share a release date by Friday 5th August.

Investigating - "We have discovered an issue impacting some users with poor connections that leads to them being disconnected despite their connection having recovered. This can be resolved with a refresh and we are currently working on a hotfix for the issue."

Reports of Google Chrome visual notification not appearing
Investigating - We are currently investigating reports of Google Chrome notifications not appearing when a patient enters a waiting area.

The audio cue is still operational at this stage.

Work Around - Using Microsoft edge will allow all notifications to work as expected.
